Caressa Libs
Owner + Founder, Pilates & Barre Instructor
After 15 years in the fashion industry, Caressa followed her passion for health and wellness, becoming a fitness instructor and later opening Rise Studio. Certified in barre, mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and nutrition, she thrives on building a welcoming and supportive fitness community. Her classes are high-energy yet inclusive, with plenty of layers and cues to help clients feel strong and confident in their bodies. When she’s not at the studio, Caressa enjoys time at home with her husband and their two kids, Parker and Luna.

Sophia Lazich
Barre, Pilates & Strength Instructor
A fitness instructor since 2016, Sophia brings energy, connection, and a strong sense of community to every class. With a background in Kinesiology, she’s passionate about helping clients push past their limits while focusing on form and technique. Her classes are challenging yet rewarding, blending strength and endurance in a way that keeps things engaging. Since moving to Snohomish in early 2024, she has loved becoming part of the local fitness scene.

Brittany Hurley
Pilates Instructor
Brittany grew up in Lake Stevens and spent 18 years as a ballet dancer before discovering her love for Pilates and yoga. She has been studying both disciplines for 15 years and brings a deep understanding of movement to her teaching. Her classes are both mentally and physically engaging, often incorporating elements from her dance background to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. Alongside teaching, she works in hospital development, supporting organ and tissue donation programs. Outside the studio, she enjoys time with her husband, kids, and their many pets.

Mackenzie West
Barre & Yoga Instructor
A gymnast and choreographer, Mackenzie brings a deep passion for movement and creativity to every class. A natural social butterfly, she thrives on connection and inspiring others to reach their full potential. Her barre classes are a balance of challenge and encouragement, leaving clients feeling strong, confident, and empowered. Outside the studio, Mackenzie is always on the go—traveling the world, spending time with her dog and cat, and embracing new experiences. Whether you're new to barre or a longtime fan, her dynamic and supportive teaching style will push you in the best way possible. -
Hannah Dingle
Barre & Strength Instructor
Hannah’s love for movement started at just three years old in her first dance class and never stopped. She has competed in dance conventions across the country, cheered for the University of Washington, and even danced professionally for the Seattle Seahawks. After college, she transitioned into the fitness industry, spending the past decade coaching barre, personal training, and leading Barry’s Bootcamp classes while also serving as a lululemon ambassador. Her classes are high-energy and music-driven, blending fun throwbacks, strong beats, and plenty of motivation to keep you pushing through every squat pulse. -
Abbey Hare
Yoga Instructor
Abbey discovered yoga in 2017 as a way to support her mental health and quickly fell in love with the practice. After experiencing its benefits firsthand, she became certified in 2023 and now leads mindful, mobility-focused classes that blend deep stretching, fluid movement, and breathwork. She encourages students to listen to their bodies and explore movement without judgment. Expect a calming, low-lit atmosphere with space to unwind. Outside of teaching, Abbey enjoys the outdoors, caring for her pets, and working as a nail tech. -
Sydney Boomgarden
Pilates Instructor
Growing up in Southern California Sydney was a dancer throughout her entire childhood cultivating a deep appreciation for movement. When introduced to Pilates it felt like the perfect match! Her Pilates practice has helped Sydney grow in all forms of fitness including traditional weightlifting, Barre, and CrossFit. When taking her classes anticipate a fun, high intensity, musically driven, strength focused flow. Beyond the studio, Sydney cherishes quality time with her family, exploring new recipes to bake and cook, and loves to travel. -
Lynn Moser
Strength & Yoga Instructor
Lynn grew up in Mill Creek as an avid swimmer and dancer before discovering yoga in college. With over 18 years of practice and 7 years of teaching, she brings a dynamic and uplifting energy to every class. Known for her loud, contagious laughter, she believes that if a workout is going to be hard, it might as well be fun! Her classes combine strength, deep breathing, and restorative movement for a well-rounded experience. When she’s not teaching, she enjoys hiking with her dog Sully, reading and napping with her dog Monster, and sharing great food and wine with her husband, Nate. -
Enfys Chu
Yoga Instructor
For Enfys, yoga is about practice, not perfection. She creates a welcoming space for all levels, encouraging students to move at their own pace and explore modifications that work best for their bodies. Her approach focuses on feeling safe, strong, and comfortable rather than striving for a perfect pose. Originally from Taiwan, Enfys taught yoga for many years before moving to the U.S. With an associate degree in Medical Assisting, she deeply believes in the power of yoga to support overall well-being. When she’s not teaching, she enjoys crocheting and spending time with her husband, two kids, and two dogs. -
Kristin Seubold
Yoga Instructor
Originally from the Midwest, Kristin completed her yoga teacher training in Chicago in 2010. She later moved to Bozeman, MT, before recently settling in Snohomish with her husband and their puppies. Outside of teaching, she works in healthcare technology, helping improve patient care through innovation. Kristin’s classes blend fluidity and grace with a deep focus on inner awareness, harmonizing breath and movement to foster balance and mindfulness. When she’s not leading her Sunday morning Slow Flow at Rise, she loves hiking, skiing, paddleboarding, camping, and reading.
