Our classes are designed with your well-being in mind, offering low-impact movement that supports strength, balance, and longevity. We are a boutique studio rooted in community, led by experienced instructors who bring energy, expertise, and individuality to every class. Rise is a space where you are challenged, supported, and encouraged to grow stronger together.

    Mat Pilates

    A contemporary, athletic mat Pilates class focused on strength, control, and sculpting. Expect intentional, challenging sequences that target the core, glutes, and upper body while improving posture and overall body awareness. Props are often used to increase intensity and support proper form. Thoughtful layering allows you to modify or intensify movements, meeting you where you are each class.

    Barre

    An athletic, low-impact barre class that blends ballet-inspired movement, Pilates, and strength training.
